Pumpkin Progress 7/13/09

The pumpkin plant has grown a lot the last few weeks. Still hoping to see something resembling a pumpkin growing from it, though....

Pumpkin Progress

This is what Kyrie's lone surviving pumpkin plant looked like on June 26th. We lost one of the plants due to heavy storms. I will take a picture soon, but the pumpkin plant is now about 2 feet long, and considerably larger. Here's hoping we actually get at least 1 pumpkin that Kyrie can call her own to carve this October.

Swim Lessons, 2 weeks of June

Ally had to wait for Kyrie during her 25 minute lessons that she took Monday through Friday for the 2 weeks in June (June 8th-19th).
Kyrie loved her swim lessons, and did very well. In 1 week she starts level 2 Preschool swim lessons.

June 16th Disney's Christmas Carol Train Tour

Aaron and the girls and I went to see the Christmas Carol movie train tour at the train station in Ogden, UT on June 16th. We waited 3 hours to see the exhibits on the train and the extended movie trailer. Cindy and Ada also joined us, but they only had about an 1 1/2 hour wait (since they were able to join up in line with us). I liked the experience, but I definitely won't be taking Kyrie and Ally to see the movie. There is at least one very creepy looking character on the movie.

More 4th of July Fun

Ally fell asleep waiting while Aaron & I loaded the Jamba Juice tent and such in the car. Not a fuss or peep out of her. She must have had too much fun.

Kyrie and Ally at the bubbles fun.

Ally playing with the bunny Kyrie was petting.

Happy Belated 4th of July from Morgan, UT

Kyrie got to pet a baby bunny at the Morgan 4th of July event.

Here's an old-fashioned fire truck, one of the "floats" at the Morgan parade.

Kyrie loved watching the parade/collecting candy. It was a short parade, but pretty cute.

Kyrie and Ally at the playground at the Riverside Park in Morgan, UT.

Ally got ready to go down the slide all by herself. She LOVES slides!
