Valentine's Day Heart Shaped Hair

Front View

Top view: it's supposed to look like a heart (sort of does... she was pretty wiggly). Thanks to "She Does Hair" for the idea.

Caught! Red-Handed!

Hmm... how many feet are in a roll of Kirkland Signature Toilet Paper???

32... 33... 34....

Oh no! She caught me!!

WDW Part 7: Last one, I think....

Aaron at his favorite part of the Fantasia miniature golf course (refer to the earlier comment about the Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey being his favorite character).

Some very tired little girls after a long week of fun.

Kyrie participating at Ohana's (a restaurant at the Polynesian Resort)

Earlier that evening ... again ... very tired girls!

Well... now I'm caught up on the Walt Disney World trip. I just need to catch up on Christmas pictures...

WDW Part 6

Kyrie explaining how the jumping water at EPCOT almost got her head wet.

Waiting in the rain for the parade at Hollywood Studios. Kyrie was the entertainment that day (the parade didn't end up running, due to the weather conditions).

Ally checking out yet another "really cool stuffed animal" at Hollywood & Vine's "Play & Dine"

Kyrie giving loves to Goliath (JoJo's pet, for those who don't watch Playhouse Disney... JoJo is a clown and lives in sort of a circus town...)
For those who read my blog that weren't on this trip: this blog is like my journal, so sorry the posts are so lengthy!

WDW Part 5

The family with Aaron's favorite character (the Sorcerer's Apprentice Mickey)

Kyrie and Ally got to meet Bolt.

Kyrie playing toddler Air Hockey (for real, the table was only a foot and a half off the ground). She was at the arcade outside of Space Mountain at the Magic Kingdom.

Kyrie and Ada coming in from an exciting ride on Barnstormer in Toontown at the Magic Kingdom.

Ally enjoying "flying" on Dumbo (with Grandpa Scotty and Mommy).

WDW Part 4

Kyrie getting to meet with Mickey Mouse after breakfast at the "Grand Gathering"

Ally was so curious about all the characters (I think she thought they were overgrown stuffed animals... really cool moving stuffed animals)

Kyrie introduced all of the characters that she met to the family. We think she thought the characters knew her (since they spend quality time together several mornings a month on Playhouse Disney on the Disney Channel).

WDW Part 3

Ally checking Goofy out at the "Grand Gathering Breakfast" (it was supposed to be a very special meal with great service and so forth, since we had a large group celebrating Aaron's birthday. Only large groups could attend the "special" event. We had no server, and terrible service from the manager. Not so much as one apology for the HORRIBLE service. Fortunately Kyrie still had fun with the characters, even though the rest of us were NOT amused by the terrible experience)

Kyrie, Ally , Aunt Ada and "Papa" Scotty being eaten alive by a shark in the Seas at EPCOT.

Kyrie at a Disney Visa Cardmember character greeting. She was SO excited to see her good friends Mickey and Pluto!

Kyrie in the play area waiting at "Mission Space" at EPCOT.

Ally in the play area waiting at "Mission Space" at EPCOT.

WDW Part 2

Akershus (Norwegian restaurant in EPCOT) Princess Breakfast (not the best picture of me... but so cute of Kyrie and Ally)

Snow White being herself at the breakfast

The meal started out with a greeting/photo session with a princess.

Ally being herself (doing what she does best ;-)...) at Earl of Sandwich at Downtown Disney.

A picture of me and Aaron before my attempt to go down Summit Plummet (aka the death trap of a 120 ft slide). Needless to say I didn't go down the slide. I found the stairs. I did lie down on the slide, but couldn't muster up the courage to go down it.

The first of Many Walt Disney World Posts

Ally in her stroller at blizzard beach, moments before she yanked the hat off.

Kyrie after going down the tube slide in the toddler/small child section of Blizzard Beach.

Ally and Kyrie in the "bone yard" at Disney's Animal Kingdom. They are in a jeep that has been gutted and covered with soft rubber pieces.

And we thought Titan was the only one who made silly faces (j/k)! Aaron took a picture of Ally waiting for "Finding Nemo: The Musical" at Animal Kingdom, and somehow managed to capture her yawning or talking or something (whatever it was it's funny and cute).

Our little family on the plane on the way to Florida (I just barely bumped Ally's head, so she's crying in this picture. Oops)

My First Giveaway!

I saw this on a friend's blog and thought that it was a fun idea! So here it goes:

The first five people to respond to this post will get something made by me! My choice. For you.

This offer does have some restrictions and limitations:
1- I make no guarantees that you will like what I make!
2- What I create will be just for you.
3- It'll be done this year. (might be a little while)
4- You have no clue what it's going to be.
It may be a story. It may be poetry or an article on properly cleaning your face before a masque. I may draw or paint something. I may bake you something and mail it to you. Who knows? Not you, that's for sure!
5- I reserve the right to do something extremely strange. (this was written on the post I copied and pasted here...I'm not sure I'll be able to think of something extremely strange).

The catch? Oh, the catch is that you must repost this on your blog and offer the same to the first 5 people who do the same on your blog. The first 5 people to do so and leave a comment telling me they did win a FAB-U-LOUS homemade gift by me! Oh, and be sure to post a picture of what you win when you get it!
